Green Bay Metro Boat Launch

1989 - An ordinance was adopted with combined fee structure between the City of Green Bay, City of De Pere and Brown County for use of all boat ramps under the jurisdiction of these three municipalities.

1989 - The site was officially named the Green Bay Metro Boat Launch. A Dock Master was assigned to supervise the boat launch site on weekends and holidays during the months the Bay Beach Amusement Park was operating.

2001 - The City received a 50% matching grant to complete the Metro Boat Launch ramp extension.
