H & R Landfill

In 2004, the City Attorney reported to the Park Committee that there has been a group effort between the City, DNR and Procter & Gamble to rejuvenate the landfill off of Finger Road. The County could take this over based on delinquent taxes. The DNR would fund $311,000, and Procter & Gamble would fund $131,000. The Park Committee approved the agreements involved.
